1. Send Your RFQ

Email us your technical drawings (PDF, STEP, DWG/DXF), material specifications, required quantities and target delivery date. No standardized forms — just send what you have.

Response time: within 24–48 hours

2. Technical Review & Feasibility

We review your drawings and specifications in detail. If anything is unclear or needs clarification, we contact you directly. We assess feasibility, identify the right manufacturing process (gear hobbing, CNC turning, milling) and flag any potential issues before quoting.

3. Supplier Selection & Quotation

We select the best-fit workshop from our vetted Romanian manufacturing network based on your specific part requirements, tolerances, materials and batch size. You receive a formal quotation with:

• Unit price and tooling costs (if applicable)

• Confirmed delivery timeline

• Quality control plan

• Documentation included (material certs, inspection report, etc.)

4. Quality Agreement & Order Confirmation

Before production starts, we establish clear quality standards, inspection criteria and acceptance procedures. We define first article inspection (FAI) requirements where applicable. You receive an order confirmation. No surprises during or after production.

5. Production & In-Process Monitoring

Our team monitors production progress and conducts or coordinates in-process inspections at key stages:

• Material verification (mill certificates)

• Dimensional checks during machining

• Heat treatment and surface hardness verification

• Gear inspection (tooth profile, pitch error, surface finish)

You are kept informed of progress and any issues are resolved before they reach final inspection.

6. Final Inspection, Documentation & Delivery

Every batch goes through final inspection before shipment:

• 100% dimensional verification or statistical sampling (as agreed)

• Surface finish assessment

• Material certificate review

• Complete inspection report with actual measurements

• Packaging verification

Shipment is coordinated directly to your facility. All documentation (material certificates, inspection reports, delivery notes) is provided digitally and with the shipment.
