• The Contractor Model (Full-Service): Nort Components acts as your direct buyer. We place the firm purchase order with you, guarantee payment within the agreed terms, and handle all logistics and final delivery to the end customer.

• The Technical Coordinator Model (Direct Invoicing): Designed primarily for corporate clients and high-volume projects. The official purchase order and payments flow directly between the client and your manufacturing facility. In this scenario, Nort Components remains your local project manager, providing technical support and ensuring smooth communication, and is compensated strictly through a success fee for coordination.

Regardless of the model applied to a specific project, our core mission remains the same: to bring you steady, reliable, and well-documented orders. We handle the sales and project management efforts so you can focus entirely on manufacturing excellence.
